Rules of the Game

The board game for those of you who THINK you know the rules!
  Each game includes a folded game board, 580 questions, 25 "Safe" cards six markers, and one die.
  The general idea is for up to six players to race around the game board, while answering questions along the way. The questions are in the form of hypothetical game situations which require the player to act as a referee or umpire and "make the call."
  There are 580 scenarios divided equally between baseball, football, basketball and golf.. Baseball and golf questions are governed by professional rules while football and basketball questions follow either collegiate or professional regulations.
  The type of question is determined by the space you occupy. Landing on an already occupied space allows you to TRUMP your opponent and send him back a specified number of spaces. Landing on a CHALLENGE space gives the player several options which must be considered strategically.
  Answers were derived from the official professional and collegiate rule books that govern these sports, and then reviewed by professionals in each sport. Each game's answers are based on the information gathered from the rulebooks the year that particular board game was printed.
  Although many of the correct answers are simply "yes" or "no", Rules of the Game often provides more information about the ruling. This makes it a fun and effective training tool for teams and athletes, where success definitely depends on the knowledge of the rules.
