Calculating your order
Our shopping cart automatically computes shipping costs and is linked
directly into the shipping calculators for United Parcel Service and the United
States Postal Service. Please note that shipping costs are based on
weight, distance traveled and class of service requested.
We add a nominal $0.75 box and handling charge to each box of all orders.
This charge helps defray the cost of boxes, packing materials, order processing
equipment, shipping labels and other expenses relating to processing, packing
and shipping your order in a manner that assures your merchandise arrives intact
and on-time.

try our best to get same day orders processed if the order arrives in time for
processing. However, when selecting Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day shipping options,
please be advised that
these options are promised from the time of shipping, not from the time the
order was submitted. Please understand that it takes time to process the
payment, properly pack it in a box, label it and get it ready for shipping.
If you would like your order sent Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day, your order
must be placed by 12pm CST in order to be shipped the same day.
Our shopping cart allows you to pick your own shipping method. Please
do not call us about quotes for each of these methods, shopping cart is
faster and more accurate. We can answer general questions, however.
BACKORDERS
We strive to keep our website up to date with current stock shortage
information. Occasionally, an item sells out before we are able to update the
website. Items temporarily out of stock will be shipped as soon as received back
in stock. And you will be contacted promptly. If you have a problem or concern with your order, you don't need to wade
through a lot of bureaucracy. We can answer your questions right away.
