Dwarven miners have discovered a new lode of
mithril and gems unearthed by a deep lava flow. Now it's a
race to see who can harvest the most riches before they are destroyed by
Magdar the magma demon.
In Magdar, each player controls a team of dwarves prospecting for
riches on a board that is destroyed over the course of play. Do you
run back to safety with what few gems you have? Or do you risk Magdar's
wrath and dig deeper in search of more?
